And that’s no way to live.
So that’s why I’ve created an online anxiety class and workshop that is designed to give you step-by-step support and insight to help you learn how to let that sneaky feeling stop taking over your life:

And since this is a new way of working on making those worries clear up, I’m sure you’ve got some questions- and even some doubts- about how it all works.
So here are some answers to what you’ve been asking!
This takes place in a virtual atmosphere- online and via phone. Will it be as effective as working with someone in person?
Good question! While some people may prefer to work in person with someone in an office or clinical type of setting, not everyone is comfortable with that. Some people with anxiety get nervous being in a group with others, so this allows them some comfort to take part and feel the difference, without making it too taxing.
It also allows women to participate after their children are in bed, or after they complete their work day, without having to leave their house again. And it lets you participate in one of the most comfortable places: your home! You can sit on your couch in your comfy yoga pants or even be in your pajamas while you join in!
Yes, working together in this format is effective. It’s important to me to only offer things that will be beneficial to you. I don’t want to do anything that would do otherwise. You’re important!
Just how will this work?
The program is divided up into three portions: the class, the workshop, and a personal call with me. We’ll connect via phone for the live portions of the class. I’ll share the handouts and recordings with you via the private member area of the website (you’ll get connected to this when you sign up). And you’ll be able to mute and un-mute yourself during the calls, as well as type in the chat area if you prefer not to speak up.
- Part One “The Class:” We’ll go over some new ways of thinking about anxiety and you’ll learn a lot of things you haven’t heard before. I’ll give you some homework to do so you’ll be ready to put these ideas into action when we next connect.
- Part Two “The Workshop:” We’ll take what we talked about during the class and the homework I gave, to create your own personalized plan using those principles. You’ll learn from the others about some of the ideas they have, and you’ll feel a sense of connection to each other, too. You’re definitely not alone and you’re not the only person who experiences this. Not by a long shot.
- Part Three “One-on-One:” This meeting is just you and I via phone (though if you live nearby my office and you’d prefer to come in person, we can do that, too). This is where we’ll look at anything that didn’t quite work out the way you had hoped it would, to find some simple tweaks. You can choose how soon to schedule this. Some people like to wait a couple of weeks to see how things are going, or to use it during a time when they can really feel the anxiety beginning to surge.
I’m comfortable doing this over the phone, but what about confidentiality? I don’t want strangers to know personal things about me.
I am a private person, too, so I definitely get this one. You don’t have to use your name, or even your real name, when you speak up during the class or workshop should you have questions. Also, we’ll have a chat option, where you can type in questions and responses instead of speaking up. And again, you can create a nickname if you choose. So no worries about that one.

What if this doesn’t work for me?
Anxiety is powerful, and it can talk you out of trusting most anything- including yourself. As long as you participate in the class, the workshop, and you let me know about the areas that aren’t quite adding up for you- or any questions that you have, you will have success.
Does that mean you’ll never experience anxiety again? No! Anxiety can be good, like the butterflies you feel on your wedding day or the excitement you feel before starting a new job or moving to a new town. I wouldn’t want you to not experience those wonderful things in your life anymore.
But you will come away with an action plan, new tools and ideas, and an opportunity to get customized feedback and support.
